No time to workout? Just give me 5 minutes of your time.

You know, I hear people tell me that they don't have time to workout or train because of work, family, or whatever.
Many feel that they do not have the time to get to the gym to workout or have money to buy gym equipment.

Did you know that you have all of the equipment you need at home! Did you know that there are plenty of workouts that you can do in 5 minutes?

If you think about it, YOU DO HAVE TIME TO WORKOUT! If you are on social media all the time, take that time to do a quick workout. If you are watching tv, do some exercises between commercials. JUST DO SOMETHING! 

Here are some quick 5 minute workout that I have done that have left me exhausted and happy at the same time.

For 5:00
Do as many burpees as possible

Maximum reps for Every Minute; then Switch. 2 rds
1:00 Push Ups
1:00 Sit Ups
1:00 Squats

5:00 AMRAP
2 Sprawls
2 Push Ups
2 V-Ups

These are just the tip of the iceberg for these quick short workouts. The movements are easy to do and if you need to, MODIFY the movements if you need to.
